Refund policy

RETURNS

We understand that sometimes things don't work out, so if you wish to return an item, please contact us at hello@monsuri.com with the reason for your return. We will provide you with a prepaid returns label and a packing slip to include inside your package. This helps us identify your return quickly.

Once we receive and inspect the items to ensure they are in new condition, we will process a refund for the products purchased (excluding the original shipping cost). Please initiate your return within 30 days from the date of your purchase.

Holiday Return Policy: To make holiday shopping worry-free, we offer an extended return policy for purchases made in November and December. Returns for these purchases will be accepted until January 31st of the following year.

To qualify for a return, ensure your item is unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@monsuri.com.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at hello@monsuri.com.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once we receive the returned item. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

SHIPPING RETURNS

You do not need to worry about shipping costs for returning your item, as we will provide a prepaid shipping label. Please use this label to ensure no additional costs are incurred on your part.

Please note: The return address and instructions will be provided along with the prepaid return label.
