If you find yourself always tired, give yourself the precious gift of sleep on a Sunday morning. You might think you can skimp on it, but the reality is that good immune health, mental health, and more rest squarely on the shoulders of a good night’s sleep.

2. Spend Time in Nature

There’s something about a walk in the woods or a good, long hike that just clears the mind. If you find yourself captivated by what nature has to offer, make it a point this Sunday to spend some time soaking it up!

Perhaps you appreciate nature, but aren’t really the “outdoorsy” type. Even a simple walk in your local park could have significant effects on your state of mind. Some research even shows that as little as 10 minutes per day outside could be beneficial.

Sometimes, the best remedy to burnout is a change of scenery. A day trip to another town, or even the nearest city, will do the trick! 6. Schedule a Spa Day

If massages, facials, and body wraps sound like your cup of tea, schedule a spa day for some much-needed relaxation and physical self-care. Get the knots out, the whiteheads cleared, and your peace of mind restored.
