Bath Accessories FAQ

It extends from 29.4 to 41.3 inches and spans most standard and wide tubs. Slide the arms out until the rubber feet grip the rim — no clamping, no drilling. The fit is snug enough that it stays put when you set a book or glass on it.

The Bathtub Pillow uses 3D mesh fabric — not foam, not linen. The open mesh lets water drain through and air circulate, so the pillow dries between uses instead of staying damp. Four suction cups grip the tub wall and hold through months of regular use.

The Bathtub Pillow supports your head and neck at the top of the tub — good for a 20-minute soak. The Full Body Bath Pillow runs longer and supports your spine and shoulders too. If you slide or stay in past 20 minutes, the full body version is the one to get.

You can, but bamboo does better when it dries out. Pull it out after the bath, lean it against the wall, and let it air. A damp cloth handles soap film. Avoid leaving it submerged — bamboo is water-resistant but not waterproof, and it lasts longer with air.

Yes — the tray and pillow combo is one of the most-gifted items in the shop. Both pieces ship in our botanical kraft gift box, ready to hand over without extra wrapping. It's immediately useful: the recipient sets it up the first bath they take.

The suction cups need a smooth, flat surface — standard acrylic and fiberglass tubs work well. Textured finishes or curved walls reduce suction. Jetted tubs with a flat back wall usually work; freestanding slipper tubs with a steeply curved interior may not. The bamboo tray fits both since it rests on the rim.
