What's the minimum order, and how does volume pricing work?
There's no minimum — order a single set or five hundred. Orders of 25+ sets get 10% off automatically at checkout. Orders of 100+ get 15% off plus a dedicated account manager (applied via quote). Small-team or sample orders are welcome at list price.
How do I get my team's addresses to you?
Easiest is to email your order and destinations to corporate@monsuri.com — shipping to one office, or one box per recipient. We confirm the details and quote shipping within one business day. (Sending a single batch to one address? You can just check out.)
What if a recipient is sensitive to fragrance?
Every product lists its ingredients, and most are lightly botanical (lavender, eucalyptus, sage). If you know a recipient prefers unscented, just let us know at order and we'll swap that product or leave it out.
How long is the lead time?
It depends on the order. Small orders typically ship in 1–3 business days, mid-size in about a week, and larger or custom orders we schedule with you — often sooner when stock is ready. We email tracking on dispatch. For the holidays, reach out by mid-November to lock a delivery window; if your date is tight, just ask and we'll work it out together.
Do you offer Net 30 and vendor documents?
Net 30 is available on orders of 100+ sets with a signed PO and credit application; smaller orders pay by card or ACH at checkout. For procurement, email corporate@monsuri.com and we send the standard vendor packet — W-9, COI, and any specific docs you need — within one business day.
Can I add my company logo to the packaging?
For 200+ sets, yes — a custom kraft sleeve with your logo, with about 3 extra business days of lead time. For smaller orders we keep the packaging clean on purpose: the recipient responds to the gift, not the logo.
What if a gift breaks in transit?
We replace it. Email a photo to corporate@monsuri.com and a replacement ships within one business day — no return shipping required.
