What people notice with our coconut-soy blend is a slower, more even burn and a softer scent that fills the room without feeling sharp. Soy holds fragrance at a lower temperature, so the smell carries through the space rather than sitting right at the flame. Every Monsuri candle is hand-poured coconut-soy wax, never a paraffin blend.

Each 7oz candle burns roughly 45 hours. On the very first light, let it burn 2 to 3 hours until the melted wax reaches the edge of the glass, the full melt pool. Soy has a memory, so a partial first burn leaves a tunnel that wastes wax. After that, trim the wick to about a quarter inch before each light to keep the flame steady and the burn clean.
