Why this one
Most meditation gift sets are a candle and a promise. This one gives a sitting practice five separate cues (for the room, for the hands, for wherever the sit ends up happening) instead of one candle standing in for the whole idea.
The candle is the same coconut-soy wax and lead-free cotton wick as the rest of the candle line, scented with real palo santo. The room mist is a water-based frankincense hydrosol, not an oil diffuser blend, so it clears a room's mood in one pass without leaving anything behind on the furniture.
The roller is the one piece built to leave the house. A sit that only happens at home with the candle lit is a sit that stops happening the first busy week. This is built for the practice that has to survive a hotel room or a parked car before work, too.
Ingredients
Every piece here runs on essential oils, not synthetic fragrance, with no added dyes. The candle is a coconut-soy wax blend with a lead-free cotton wick, scented with palo santo essential oil. The soap bar is a natural handmade bar built around cedarwood and tea tree essential oils. The body oil blends five carrier oils (avocado, sunflower, wheat-germ, jojoba, and apricot) with lavender essential oil worked through all five. The room mist is a water-based frankincense hydrosol spray. The roller carries a frankincense-and-myrrh blend in a jojoba-oil base. Made with naturally derived, skin-kind ingredients. If pregnant or with sensitive skin, patch-test first and check with a doctor before baths with essential oils, the standard caution for any aromatherapy product.
