Why this one

Flowers wilt in a week and cards get set on a shelf by the second day. This is built to get used during the exact stretch it's meant for: the shower that takes more effort than it should, the shoulders that ache from a week on the couch, the low-grade restlessness of being stuck inside.

Every format here assumes the person using it doesn't have much energy to spare. The balm stick twists up and applies one-handed, no bending over a jar required. The body oil carries arnica the operator steeps in-house into a lightweight carrier, the same herb people reach for after they've overdone it, just applied here for the ache of resting instead of working. Nothing asks for more than someone's already got to give.

It's a small, physical way of saying someone's thinking of them: something for the body while the rest of them rests.

Ingredients

Every piece leans on real botanicals, not synthetic shortcuts. The shower spray blends eucalyptus and menthol into an aromatherapy mist built for a fogged-up bathroom. The soap bar pairs eucalyptus essential oil with aloe vera for a bar gentle enough for daily use. The body oil carries arnica flowers steeped in-house into organic coconut oil, the same base behind most of the line's body oils and balms. The balm stick combines menthol crystals with that same house-infused arnica base in a solid, beeswax-structured form. The clarity roller blends a eucalyptus-forward accord into a lightweight carrier oil for pulse points. Made with naturally derived, skin-kind ingredients. If pregnant or with sensitive skin, patch-test first and check with a doctor before baths with essential oils, the standard caution for any aromatherapy product.

Why this set

Something for the body, while the rest of them rests.

Get Well Soon Gift Set - Rest & Recovery

Whoever's on the receiving end doesn't need another card. One reviewer sent this to her sister after surgery and said it was the only thing that helped that week. It's a small, welcome distraction built around the actual week ahead: a shower that takes more effort than usual, shoulders sore from lying down too long, a scent that isn't hospital-clean.

What's inside · 5 pieces

Five pieces for the couch-bound week

A eucalyptus menthol shower spray, a eucalyptus aloe soap bar, a muscle-reset body oil, a menthol-arnica balm, and a clarity roller: five small pieces for the days spent mostly horizontal.

The couch-bound routine

How the five pieces fit a slow week

  1. Start in the shower

A few sprays of the eucalyptus menthol mist on the shower floor before the water gets hot. The steam carries it before anyone has the energy to do much else.

  2. The soap stays simple

Eucalyptus aloe soap replaces whatever bar's in there already: one less decision during a week already full of them.

  3. Wherever it's sore, the oil goes

Shoulders, a lower back, the spots that pay for a week of lying wrong. The body oil is made for hands-on application, someone else's or their own.

  4. Too tired for hands?

The balm stick twists up and glides on one-handed, straight from the nightstand.

  5. The roller rides along

Small enough for a coat pocket, a hospital bag, or the follow-up appointment, a quick pass on the wrists between one thing and the next.

Questions

Everything you might wonder.

Who is this good for: a cold, a surgery, or something else?

Anyone on downtime longer than they planned. The pieces are built around what that week looks like in practice: showers that take more effort, shoulders sore from lying down, restlessness from being stuck inside. It works the same whether the reason is a cold, a procedure, or just a rough stretch. This is a comfort gift, not a treatment. For anything a doctor should be looking at, this is a companion to that care, not a stand-in for it.

How long does the set last through a recovery?

About three to four weeks of daily use across the box. The 4 oz shower spray runs two to three weeks with regular use, the soap bar covers roughly 20 to 25 washes, the 2 oz body oil is good for 15 to 20 full applications, and the balm stick and roller last longer still with targeted use. Anything they lean on can be reordered on its own as recovery continues.

Is it safe to use during recovery, or if pregnant?

The formulas use naturally derived ingredients throughout, and the soap and body oil are gentle enough for daily use. If the recipient is pregnant, recovering from a procedure, or has reactive skin, we'd suggest checking with a doctor before baths or topical use involving essential oils, standard caution, and worth a quick check given the timing.

How fast does it ship, and can I send it straight to them?

Orders ship from our North Salt Lake, Utah warehouse within 2-5 business days. You can check out with their address, ours stays off the invoice, and there's a note option at checkout if you want a few words to go with it.

What if it's not the right gift?

Free 30-day returns, no explanation needed.

How is this different from a get-well card or flowers?

It's built to be used across the week instead of glanced at once. The balm stick alone gets reached for one-handed from the couch for days after the card's already been read.
