It's built for the mid-afternoon dip, between tasks or at your desk when the room needs air. Cool and clean on bare skin, not a heavy oil. Eucalyptus and mint, never sweet.
How to use
Hold it six to eight inches away and mist. Over the face: two or three sprays, eyes closed. Above the desk: a few at head height, away from screens and paper. Over the room: a few through the air. Good before or after a workout, too. Shake before each use.

Isn’t a hydrosol just scented water?
Fair question. It’s the water that comes off steam-distilling the botanicals, so it carries the water-soluble plant compounds plus a fine mist of the oil, not fragrance stirred into tap water. That’s why it goes on light, needs no carrier oil, and smells like the plant rather than a perfume of it. Lighter than an essential oil, and meant to be.

Is this meant for my face, or just for the room?
Both. There's no carrier oil in the bottle, just eucalyptus, peppermint, and rosemary carried in water, so it's light enough to mist across your face or hold above your desk mid-afternoon. Italian lemon and tea tree round out the finish so it reads bright instead of medicinal.
Is there a real effect here, or is it just a nice smell?
It's the cool eucalyptus-and-peppermint scent doing the work, not a caffeine substitute. Mist it above your desk, away from your keyboard and screen, when the afternoon goes flat, or over your face before or after a workout.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
