Why this one
  • 4 fl oz
  • Lavender essential oil, in a spray that works over the shower steam, the pillow, the linens, or a room
  • A little goes far
  • A few spritzes at a time
  • Keep the cap closed and out of direct sun so the lavender stays true
  • Shipped from our North Salt Lake warehouse, usually in 2–5 business days.
Overview

Three spritzes on the shower wall at night, away from the stream, and the steam lifts the lavender into the air for you to breathe. The same bottle works over a made bed, across the pillow, or through a room that needs airing: real lavender essential oil, not a synthetic floral.

For the last shower of the day. For the pillow before bed. For the evening wind-down, whichever room it happens in.

How to use

In the shower: turn the water hot, mist the walls and corners of the stall, away from the stream, then step in and breathe the lavender-scented steam. Everywhere else: a light spritz over the pillow and sheets before bed, or through a room to freshen the air. A few spritzes is plenty; the scent is soft on purpose.

Delivery & returns

Picked & packed by hand from our North Salt Lake warehouse, usually the same business day — arriving in 2–5 business days (no express). Not quite right when it lands? Free returns within 30 days.

What’s in it

Real lavender, not a floral.

The scent is lavender essential oil, not synthetic fragrance, herbal and a little green, the way the plant itself smells rather than a perfume of it. That’s why it reads soft instead of sharp, and why it fades clean.

  • Lavender Oil

    the lead

The one note the whole spray is built on: real lavender essential oil, herbal and true, not a synthetic floral.

  • The Soft Heart

    the middle

Where it settles a few seconds in, the rounder, faintly sweet part of lavender, the reason it reads soft rather than sharp.

  • A Trace of Menthol

    the finish

A whisper of cool in the base, what keeps the lavender clean and airy on the way down.

Straight answer

Does a spray in the shower actually do anything?

It does one specific thing: it scents the steam. The hot water turns to vapor, the vapor lifts the lavender off the walls, and you breathe it in for the length of the shower: an aromatherapy shower, not a cleanser and not a body wash. And on the nights a shower isn’t the moment, the same bottle goes over the pillow and the sheets instead.

The ritual

How to use it

  1. Mist the shower, or the pillow

In the shower, spritz the walls and corners away from the stream; over the bed, a light pass across the pillow and sheets. A few spritzes either way.

  2. The end of the day

The last shower before bed, or the made pillow just before you lie down. The evening wind-down, whichever it is tonight.

  3. Go light

The lavender is soft on purpose. Two or three spritzes reads better than ten; you want to notice it, not wear it.

Questions

Everything you might wonder.

Is this a pillow spray or a shower spray?

Both, by design. Mist the shower walls before you turn the water on and the steam carries the lavender into the air, or skip the shower entirely and spritz it straight over the pillow and sheets before bed.

Will it stain the sheets or pillowcase?

No. It's a light essential-oil spray, not an oil-based product, so there's nothing left behind to mark the fabric. Two or three spritzes is plenty; lavender that doesn't smell like cheap dryer sheets doesn't need to be heavy-handed.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

It's lavender essential oil, not a synthetic floral, but skin contact is a personal call. Avoid spraying it directly on your body unless you've patch-tested first, and check with your provider if you're pregnant or nursing.

How long does a 4 oz bottle last, and where does it ship from?

A 4 fl oz bottle covers weeks of nightly use at a few spritzes at a time. Keep the cap closed and out of direct sun so the lavender stays true, and expect it from our North Salt Lake warehouse in two to five business days.
