A resin-and-wood room mist: frankincense, myrrh, and sandalwood carried in water, not oil, so it goes on light and needs no dilution. A few sprays over the room, the cushion, or your wrists before you sit.
It marks the start of the quiet ten minutes: the room, the cushion, your own pulse points, wherever you land it. Warm and resinous on the air, incense without the smoke.
Hold it six to eight inches away and mist. Over the space: two or three sprays around where you sit, before you start. Over the wrists or behind the ears: one or two. Works in a workspace or a hotel room, too. Shake before each use.
Picked & packed by hand from our North Salt Lake warehouse, usually the same business day — arriving in 2–5 business days (no express). Not quite right when it lands? Free returns within 30 days.
What’s in it
This mist carries frankincense and resin in a water base rather than oil: real resin and wood, not a fragrance, so it goes on light and needs no carrier.

The resinous top the mist opens on: warm and dry, a little like incense before it’s lit.
What sits underneath — a darker, balsamic resin that keeps the frankincense from thinning out.
A creamy sandalwood floor with a soft floral edge. The part that lingers after the mist settles.
Straight answer
Fair question. It’s real frankincense, myrrh, and sandalwood carried in a water base rather than a carrier oil, not a fragrance stirred into tap water. That’s why it goes on light, needs no carrier oil, and smells like incense before it’s lit rather than a perfume of it. Lighter than an essential oil, and meant to be.

The ritual
Hold it six to eight inches away. Two or three sprays is the whole thing.
A few sprays around the space before you start, so the room reads different from the rest of the day.
One spray on the wrists; bring them up and take one slow breath before you begin.

Questions
Both, but it's built for the first one. A few sprays of frankincense, myrrh, and sandalwood around the cushion marks the start of quiet time, the same way lighting a candle does before you sit.
Yes. It's carried in water rather than oil, so a spray on each wrist is fine. Bring them up, breathe once, and that's the ritual. For some people it's the only quiet I get all week, and the mist is just the marker that it's starting.
It's essential oils and resins in water, nothing synthetic. Patch test first if you're reactive, and check with your provider if you're pregnant or nursing before spraying it on skin.
The bottle is 3.3 oz, and two or three sprays around the space is the whole ritual, so it lasts through months of sitting. Keep it out of direct sun and shake it before use for the truest scent.
