What's different is what's missing and what's added: no lavender, and more leather and tobacco leaf, which come up late, once the wax has been burning a while. Sandalwood rounds it off. How to use
Trim the cotton wick to a quarter inch before every light for a clean burn. On the first light, let the wax melt all the way to the edge. These complex wood fragrances develop over a full melt pool, and an even first burn means it pools evenly every time after. Burn up to 3 hours at a time so the scent has time to open from the first mahogany hit, through the warming clove and peppercorn, to the leather-and-tobacco finish. Keep the brass lid on between uses to hold the fragrance in, and store away from direct sunlight to protect the blend. Stop burning at about half an inch of wax left. Always burn it within sight, and keep it out of reach of children and pets.

There is no lavender in this blend, and the leather and tobacco leaf come through more, especially once the wax has pooled. How long does a mahogany teakwood candle burn?
