The bright one for the start of the day
Three citrus oils and bergamot on top, fir needle and rosewood underneath, pre-diluted in golden jojoba: the roller for the first ten minutes of the day, before the coffee has done anything.
It smells like a peeled orange with a pine forest behind it, and the forest is what you smell once the citrus has lifted. One pass before you leave the house. For the person who is not a morning person, and for the friend who is starting something.
Scent — Lemon, sweet orange and tangerine over fir needle and rosewood, with bergamot. Bright first, then green and woody.

Seven oils in golden jojoba. Italian lemon, Brazilian sweet orange and Italian tangerine are the bright top; Italian bergamot sits with them. Underneath, Siberian fir needle, Indian palmarosa and Brazilian rosewood give it a green, slightly woody floor.
Citrus oils are light by nature and lift first; the fir and rosewood are what you smell after. It goes on dry, sits at the wrist and the collar, and is easy to roll again at the 2pm slump.
As a gift it reads like a good morning: for the new job, the first week back, the friend who moved cities. It is the same Citrus Vitality blend that ships in the eight-roller set.
Roll it over the pulse points: inner wrists, temples, the back of the neck. Two or three passes is the whole thing. Then bring your wrists up and breathe in slowly, three or four times. It is pre-diluted in golden jojoba, so it goes straight on skin with nothing to add, and you can roll again later in the day. Cap it between uses and keep it out of direct sun. The blend carries bergamot: keep that skin out of strong sun after rolling.
Golden jojoba oil, lemon (Italy), sweet orange (Brazil), tangerine (Italy), palmarosa (India), fir needle (Siberia), rosewood (Brazil), bergamot (Italy) essential oils.
The oils are already diluted in the jojoba, which is why the roller goes straight on skin. The blend carries bergamot: keep that skin out of strong sun after rolling. Patch-test a new blend on a small area first, and check with your provider before using it if you are pregnant or nursing.

What’s in it
Lemon, sweet orange and tangerine are the bright top of this roller. Underneath them is the floor: Siberian fir needle, palmarosa and rosewood, all pre-diluted in golden jojoba so there is nothing to mix.

What the oils ride in. It absorbs close to skin, so the roller goes on dry rather than greasy.
Three citrus oils, with bergamot beside them: the peeled-fruit brightness you catch first.
Green and faintly woody. This is what you smell once the citrus has lifted.
Straight answer
The bright part fades first; that is how citrus oils behave, on any roller. This blend is built for it: fir needle, palmarosa and rosewood sit underneath, greener and quieter than the opening, and they are what you smell once the citrus has gone. And the format is the answer to the rest of it. A roller lives in a pocket, so when you want the orange back, it is two passes away.

The ritual
Inner wrists, temples, the back of the neck: two or three passes where the skin is thin. It is pre-diluted, so it goes straight on.
One pass on the wrists before you leave the house, and again at the slump after lunch. Bring your wrists up and breathe in slowly.
Bergamot is in the blend, so roll the inside of the wrist or the neck rather than skin that will sit in strong sun all day.

Questions
A peeled orange first: lemon, sweet orange and tangerine with a little bergamot. Then fir needle, palmarosa and rosewood come through, greener and faintly woody. Bright at the start, steadier after.
Inner wrists, temples or the back of the neck, two or three passes. Then bring your wrists up and breathe in slowly a few times. It is pre-diluted in golden jojoba, so there is nothing to mix.
The citrus lifts first, as citrus does. The fir needle and rosewood underneath are what you smell after that, quieter and greener. When you want the bright opening back, roll again; the bottle lives in a pocket for that reason.
The blend carries bergamot, which can make skin more sensitive to strong sun for a while after it is applied. Roll the inside of the wrist or the back of the neck rather than skin that will be in full sun.
The oils are pre-diluted in jojoba, which is gentler than a neat essential oil, but citrus blends can still be too much for reactive skin. Patch-test a small area first, and check with your provider if you are pregnant or nursing.
Same family of scent, three formats. The roller is the pocket one: a few passes at the pulse points, scent close to you. The mist is for the room or the pillow. The body oil is the after-shower moisturizer.
For a new start, yes: a new job, the first week of a semester, a friend who just moved. It fits in a card. You can add a gift note to the order, and the packing slip shows no prices.
